ISSN 0001-5555 Sir, Dyshidrosiform pemphigoid (DP) is an unusual variant of localized pemphigoid presenting with a persistent vescicobullous eruption localized to the soles or palms or both, similar to dyshidrosiform dermatitis. This condition is rarely reported in the literature, it generally occurs in the elderly and there are no reported cases in young people. We describe here a rare case of DP that developed in a young man and was limited only to the palms and soles.
